The individual route "Down the dune" will invite you to a discovery-filled acquaintance with the various dunes of the Curonian Spit.

While walking in Juodkrantė, in the most popular place of this settlement called "Raganų kalnas", you will see a massif of parabolic dunes, on the educational trail of the Nagliai Nature Reserve - the Dead dunes - an exclusive and extremely rare dunes.

The beaches of Preila and Nida are an excellent example of a protective dune created by human hands with the help of the sea, sand and wind.

Following the route, you will visit the highest point of the Curonian Spit - Vecekrugas dune - one of the most eloquent examples of fortified sand dunes. At the end of the route you will visit the crown jewel of Curonian Spit - the sand-blasted Parnidis dune, located on the southern side of Nida, in the habitat of white dunes.
